FREE SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA WHEN YOU SPEND $100 OR MORE.
IT IS SHIPPED VIA AUSPOST STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE.
Our shipping carrier of choice are Australia post.
Should you wish to receive your order faster, then Express shipping via Auspost is available.
We endeavour to ship all packages out within a day of receiving your order. All packages come with tracking details, which we will email to you so you can track your parcel.
Estimated delivery times for Standard Parcel post is 2-4 business days within metropolitan areas of capital cities or with the same city
Sydney-Melbourne 2-3 days
Sydney-Adelaide 3-4 days
Sydney-Queensland 2-4 days
Other capital cities 5-6 days
Express post offers next day delivery, this option is only available through the Express Post next business day delivery network.
Orders over 5 kg cannot be calculated on the website, please email us for a shipping cost prior to checking out. Courier options are available, but not used very often. Please contact us via email, should you wish to arrange a delivery via our courier carriers.
Please Note; Prices and delivery times are used as a guide only, these are subject to change without notice. Prices estimated at checkout do not include any excess freight charges that may include, duty, freight fee, rural surcharge or redelivery fees.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before checkout as any re delivery fees incurred due to incorrect address supplied will be payable by the customer.

All packages are sent with tracking to provide you the peace of mind to know where your order is, every step of the way. All shipping costs are calculated based on volume and package dimensions at the time of checkout.
Upon request, we can ship via other courier companies such as DHL global mail, UPS or FED EX , please email us prior to checking out to provide you with an estimated quote depending on the weight, measurements and delivery destination.
Prices at checkout are based on Aus Post International prepaid standard, express and courier fees, on packages weighing under 5kgs.
Prices at checkout to the USA include the tariff costs. No additional fees will be charged to clear customs.
Please note to all other international destinations:, Prices do not include any of the following charges that may incur. Duty tax, VAT, customs clearance fee upon arrival into the destination country or re delivery fees should a package be returned to us due to incorrect address being supplied.
