We laser cut the parts from high grade Baltic birch plywood, glue and assemble them by hand, then hand sand every edge until the lips and landings feel finished. Every obstacle is handcrafted start to finish in our Rochester, NY shop. The acrylic scuffs as you use it, which is wear, not damage. Plywood swells if it sits in moisture, so keep it off damp surfaces and wipe it with a dry cloth. Use a dry cloth on the acrylic and skip solvents and polish, they haze the finish\u003cmeta charset=\"UTF-8\"\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Bleachers is a stepped set of wooden fingerboard stairs, 25cms long and 15.5cms tall, with matte teal acrylic across every riding surface.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou get a set to ollie down, a gap to clear, and acrylic topped edges to grind on the way in and out.
